EVERY Doctor who approaches us undertakes a rigorous Due Diligence process: 

• We ensure their qualifications and identity are authenticated
• We ensure documentation is translated (if required)
• We ensure they have a compliant English Language Test (if required)
• We ensure their Resumes are in College format AND reviewed to ensure compliance with College criteria
• We collect and review Skill Sets to identify gaps
• We collect Family information for migration, health and criminal history purposes
• We generate a Due Diligence Report providing our opinion of the most likely outcome of assessment
